Who provides this service

PolySignals (polysignals.net, the “Service”) is operated by Cryptohopper (“we”, “us”). By using the website or the API you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Information only, not financial advice

The Service reads public prices from third-party prediction markets and presents them as direction readings, scores, confidence numbers and Buy, Sell or Hold labels. These are descriptions of what traders on those markets are currently paying. They are not investment advice, a recommendation, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset, or a forecast of any price. We are not a broker, adviser or exchange. Any decision you make based on the Service is yours alone, and you should obtain independent advice where appropriate.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Upstream venues can change or fail, quotes can be thin, stale or wrong, and our own collection can lag or stop. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

Using the API

• The JSON API is free and needs no key or account. It is a best-effort feed with no service level.
• Cache responses on your side and do not poll faster than the data changes (see the cache hints on the API page).
• Do not use the API in a way that degrades the Service for others. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.
• The API contract may change or be withdrawn without notice; the version field and the OpenAPI document are the reference.
• If you redistribute data from the API, say that it comes from PolySignals and that it is not financial advice.

Intellectual property and third parties

The website design, text, code, logo and the way readings are computed are owned by Cryptohopper. Market prices belong to the venues they come from and to their participants. Polymarket, Kalshi, Limitless and the names and logos of the coins shown are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify them. PolySignals is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any of them.

The Service links to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cryptohopper and its affiliates, officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any loss or damage, including trading losses, lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, however caused. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
