Who is responsible

PolySignals (polysignals.net) is operated by Cryptohopper, which is the controller for any personal data described here.

What we do not collect

• No accounts, sign-ups or forms. You never give us your name or email.
• No cookies and no local storage set by us.
• No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and no third-party embeds.
• Fonts are served from our own domain, so no font provider sees your visit.

What is processed when you visit

The website and the API are static files served from Amazon Web Services (Amazon CloudFront and Amazon S3, with the origin in the EU). Like any web server, the edge network receives your IP address, user agent, the pages and API paths you request and the time of the request in order to deliver them. We do not use this information to identify or profile visitors. Standard access logs, where enabled, are kept for a short period for security and capacity purposes and then deleted. AWS processes this data as our provider under its own data processing terms.

The API

Requests to the JSON API are handled exactly like page requests: no key, no account, no tracking. If you build something on the API, your users’ requests go straight to the edge network as described above.

Links to other sites

We link to Polymarket, Kalshi, Limitless, Cryptohopper and other third parties. Once you follow such a link, that site’s own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

Because we hold no account data about you, there is usually nothing for us to show, correct or delete. If you believe we hold personal data about you, you have the rights provided by the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Changes

If the site starts collecting anything new, this page will change first and the date at the top will move.
