Cryptohopper

Trade the daily trend with a Cryptohopper bot

PolySignals.net relays one strategy to Cryptohopper: the daily trend call. When a coin turns long your hopper gets a buy signal, when it turns flat a sell, on every exchange Cryptohopper supports.

What your hopper receives

  1. One rule, once a day

A coin is long while its Coinbase daily close stays more than one daily sigma above its 50-day average, and flat once it falls more than one sigma below. The call is decided at 00:05 UTC on the close of the day that just ended.

  2. A signal only on a change

Nothing is sent while a call holds. A coin turning long sends a buy, turning flat a sell: about five round trips a year per coin, so weeks can pass between signals.

  3. Every market of the coin

Each signal goes to every Cryptohopper exchange, for every market of the coin quoted in USD, a dollar stablecoin such as USDT or USDC, or a local currency such as EUR, GBP, JPY or TRY. A hopper acts on it only when its exchange and quote currency match.

Set it up in four steps

  1. Connect an exchange

Create a Cryptohopper account and connect a hopper to one of the exchanges below.

  2. Subscribe to the signaler

Open PolySignals.net on the Cryptohopper Marketplace and subscribe. The listing shows the current subscription fee.

  3. Let your hopper follow it

Turn the signaler on in your hopper’s settings. Cryptohopper’s guide, “Follow signals with your Hopper”, walks through each setting.

  4. Match the strategy

Turn off the hopper’s own take-profit: the strategy exits when the call turns flat, not at a profit target. Turn on the stop-loss if you want the 15% hint each buy carries.

Every exchange Cryptohopper supports gets every signal, for each market of the coin your hopper can trade.

Which markets get the signals

Pick your exchange to see every coin and market that receives the daily trend signals there. A hopper acts on a signal only when its exchange and quote currency match one of these markets.

Signals delivered

Every daily trend signal as it reached Cryptohopper: the coin, buy or sell, and how many markets accepted it. A market Cryptohopper refuses (it could not price it) or one still queued when the signal went stale is counted apart.

Signals on Cryptohopper

The daily trend, sent to Cryptohopper

Once a day at 00:05 UTC each coin gets a trend call on the Coinbase close: long or flat. When a call changes, it goes to Cryptohopper as a buy or a sell, to every matching market on Cryptohopper's exchanges.

Long
The close is more than one daily sigma above the 50-day average.
Flat
The close is more than one sigma below it.
In between
The call stays as it was, so small moves do not flip it.

Before you follow

The results page shows every fill and the return of the strategy since it started, next to buying and holding. It is a trend rule, so expect weeks without a signal and losing trades in sideways markets. Not financial advice.
